The RLP Influence{her} Model team is a family! We get to know each other, form amazing friendships, and are there for each other throughout your senior year! Being a part of the team gives you an unforgettable experience for your senior year!
Each year, I look for high school juniors to represent The Rose Lee Senior Experience during their senior year of high school. As a member of the model team, you become part of a fun group who participate in photoshoots, events, and community service projects to help give back.
Being a part of this team allows girls to bond together, meet others that you may not normally meet, support one another, represent RLP in all our marketing, participate in fun photoshoots, travel together, and be a part of something special during your senior year.
Not only do the RLP Influence{her} models receive photos throughout their senior year, but they also become part of the RLP family and get to make their senior year even more memorable!
Your Senior Portrait Session
You’ll have an amazing experience for your individual senior session. This is a day just about your story, your personality, and making your dream photoshoot happen! We’ll plan every detail of your session together!
Headshot Session
Being a part of the RLP Influence{her} Team, you’ll have an invite to our first hang out where we’ll get to know each other and take some cute headshot as well as a few other surprises that I have up my sleeve!
Group Editorial T-Shirt Shoot
As a team, we’ll plan a themed photoshoot. During this shoot, you’ll get some fun shots as a whole group, and lots of individual shots just of YOU to add to your senior year memories!
Themed Holiday Shoots
Throughout your senior year, you’ll get to participate in our themed holiday shoots. We’ll take pictures for the 4th of July, Christmas, New Years’, Valentine’s Day, and so much more!
Priority Booking & Professional Hair & Makeup
RLP Influence{her}’s get priority in choosing their individual senior portrait session. You’ll also be pampered with professional hair + makeup by Fier Makeup!
Cap & Gown & A Family Session
At the end of the year, we’ll celebrate with a mini Cap + Gown Session. This is also a perfect time to grab a couple of family shots with your family before you move away and start your new adventure in college!
Senior Model Incentives
As a member of the RLP Influence{her}, you will have a chance to earn incentives by promoting the Rose Lee Senior Experience to your friends! Each booked session under your name you can earn things like free products, a chance to win a $100 gift card, and even cash!
Digital Delivery
Throughout your senior year, you’ll get an online gallery containing every session you are apart of during your time as a RLP Influence{her} Senior Model. You'll have the option to share to social media, download, and print your images at RLP's special pricing for our Influence{her} models!
styled group photo shoots
Being a part of the RLP Influenceher Senior Team means amazing stylized photo shoots throughout the year! All of the RLP Influenceher Senior Models get introductory headshots as well as several group concept shoots during your senior year! And there are bonus shoots as well that RLP Models can participate in!
rlp influenceher team trips
Travel with your RLP Influenceher Senior Team on fun group shoots. Some fun spots are downtown St. Louis, River Walk in Paducah, and much more! Nothing beats traveling together to experience new things and bond!
fun events + activities
Throughout the year, the RLP Influenceher Senior Team will get together for fun stuff like coffee dates and more! We are always looking for ways to get together to create friendships that bond us together for a lifetime.

In addition to the fun group shoots, each RLP Model receives their own individual senior photo session planned with her unique personality in mind!
opportunities to earn rewards
As models, you get an opportunity to earn rewards by sharing about The Rose Lee Senior Experience. Earn rewards such as bonus shoots & more by sharing about your experience, telling your friends about RLP, and sharing photos from your shoots on social media.
volunteer & charitable events
We will come up with a local charity to work with that may be near and dear to one or more of our team. It’s a great way to give back to the community as a group and earn volunteer hours for college applications.

It's about creating lifelong friendships with other seniors from different high schools and being a part of a sisterhood that supports each other long after senior year.

The Application Process
Step 1
Join the VIP List by entering your email below! The VIP List for Class of 2025 is closed! Class of 2026 VIP list will open on April 20th of 2025. You must be on the VIP list to receive info about the team and the application. NOTE: By joining the list does not obligate you to join the team or guarantee you a spot but it does get you all the information to read about the program!
Step 2
On April 20th, you will receive the application via email if you are on the VIP list! Simply fill it out online and hit submit! I will review all the applications and invite applicants to the RLP Model Info Night. During this info night, you and a parent will learn even more about the program and be able to ask questions you may have! I will interview you (don't worry it's super informal) to get to know you better!
Step 3
After RLP Influencer Info Night, I will select the team. Those that make the team will be notified in a super fun way! Once you are notified, it’s time to celebrate being part of the Class of 2026 RLP Influence{her} Team. We’ll start the fun with a headshot session and a few group shots where you will start getting to know your fellow Influence{her} sisters!
